How you got started with CATZ: The gym that a few of us used to attend went out of business and I had heard about CATZ from my godson. I showed up and did a trial workout and I barely survived the cardio part. I It showed us how much we were missing from our previous workouts. After a week we were all hooked on CATZ and their philosophy.
Getting to know Craig Frizol:
Describe a moment or obstacle you have had to overcome. What did you learn from that experience?
About a year into training at CATZ I had to have shoulder surgery that I had been putting off. I thought it was the end of my training at CATZ but I realized after the surgery that with the help and knowledge of the CATZ staff, that if I pushed myself and followed the physical therapy, that I could get back to my normal level and continue working out at CATZ.
Who is the most influential person/people in your life?
My father who recently passed away. He was a very smart, ethical, energetic , athletic man who always managed to enlighten me and encourage me on how to push myself and be successful in both sports and more importantly in life. He knew when and how to put the “pressure” on when it counted in my life and even though I could be hard headed sometimes, it usually sank in that his guidance was always beneficial to me.
