Our Classes. An Option for Every Level of Fitness

Beginner

  • Class is delivered at a slow to moderate pace--for people who are new to CATZ and looking to begin a healthy and active lifestyle.

Fundamentals/Fitness

  • Classes are delivered at moderate to fast pace. Fundamentals is for those comfortable with CATZ workouts and looking to increase the intensity of their workouts. Fitness is for those looking for a challenging cross-training program.

Advanced

  • Our most challenging, high-paced class. For serious athletes looking to improve performance, speed & agility.

CATZ Performance

  • CATZ Performance Training provides individualized coaching in a rigorous training environment. Workouts are ALWAYS fun, motivational and NEVER boring. Athletes will increase power, strength and agility, and will train using customized, sport-specific movement patterns. Additionally, Performance training will enhance teamwork, comraderie and leadership skills.

Scheduling Classes

  • Below is a schedule of our Performance Training classes. We train athletes in a wide range of sports, including (but not limited to) baseball, basketball, field hockey, figure skating, football, golf, hockey, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track & field, volleyball and water polo. **Please contact CATZ to schedule a FREE TRIAL SESSION today!

CATZ Team Training

  • CATZ Team Training is offered for groups of 8-15 athletes looking to improve their performance. Groups may be a club or high school team, or simply a group of athletes who wish to train together.

Silver Sneakers

  • Provides classes for older adults and rehabilitation exercises looking to improve their strength for daily activities. Classes aim at increasing your flexibility, balance and endurance in a fun and safe environment.

Pricing Packages

  • Members of Secure Horizons, Blue Cross, Care First, Humana and Wellpoint can participate in SilverSneakers at no charge. If you are not a member of the above insurance carriers, you have two options for payment: $4 per session or $29 per month.

Sign-Up for Silver Sneakers

  • When you come into the facility to attend your first class, speak to a CATZ coach and (s)he will guide you through the sign-up process.
